Kel Johari Rice Mitchell is an American actor, comedian, and musician. He began his acting career at the age of 12 with the ETA Creative Arts Foundation in Chicago, performing in stage productions such as 'Kasimu & the Coconut Palm' and 'Dirt.'

Mitchell gained prominence as an original cast member of Nickelodeon's sketch comedy series 'All That' (1994–1999), where he developed memorable characters like Ed the Good Burger Guy. This character led to the 1997 film 'Good Burger,' in which he starred alongside Kenan Thompson. The duo's on-screen chemistry continued with the sitcom 'Kenan & Kel' (1996–2000).

In addition to his live-action roles, Mitchell has an extensive voice acting portfolio. He voiced T-Bone in the animated series 'Clifford the Big Red Dog' (2000–2003) and Dutch in Disney XD's 'Motorcity.'

Mitchell returned to Nickelodeon as Double G in the series 'Game Shakers' (2015–2019). In 2023, he reprised his role as Ed in 'Good Burger 2,' reuniting with Thompson.
