Scott Innes, born October 1, 1966, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, is an American voice actor, author, songwriter, and radio personality. He is best known for his work with Warner Bros. and Hanna-Barbera, providing the voices for iconic characters such as Scooby-Doo, Shaggy Rogers, and Scrappy-Doo.​

Innes began voicing Scooby-Doo in 1998, succeeding the late Don Messick, and continued until 2001. During this period, he also took on the roles of Shaggy Rogers and Scrappy-Doo. His contributions include voicing these characters in direct-to-video films like "Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island," "Scooby-Doo! and the Witch's Ghost," "Scooby-Doo and the Alien Invaders," and "Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase."

Beyond his work in animation, Innes has had a successful career in radio. He served as an on-air personality for WYNK-FM in Baton Rouge from 1997 to 2011. His engaging presence earned him accolades such as the Academy of Country Music's Air Personality of the Year in 1997 and the prestigious Marconi Award in 1999.

In addition to voice acting and radio, Innes is a talented songwriter. He penned "Handprints on the Wall," performed by Kenny Rogers. He has also written songs for artists like Sammy Kershaw and T. Graham Brown.
